Blue October’s 7th studio album, Sway, is out this week. The band’s latest addition to their catalog was funded by fan contributions collected on the PledgeMusic website in yet another brilliant example of the modern, “Label? We don’t need no stinking Label!”, attitude prevalent in the indie music scene these days, (though, technically the guys have a label, it’s more for distribution than anything else).

We’ve got a review currently in the works and…well…would we be featuring the new video as “VOTW” if we didn’t dig it? 

Unlike many of their contemporaries, this band just keeps getting better and better with every release.
